As the chart evidently demonstrates, the higher degree you get, the more money you earn in the future in return. All these statistics are in accordance with the famous proverb, knowledge is property. The reasons trigger this phenomenon are listed as followed. To commence, with higher degree, one is bound to spend more time studying, which enables him to meet various outstanding and knowledgeable people, thus accordingly his social circle is broadened. Secondly, the person who gains higher education seems to be more qualified and competent in the fierce job market. Last but not least, employers in the society seem to have preference for high educated graduates. To help its citizens, government should spare no efforts to improve the quality of education, making education available to all kinds of people. For students themselves, they are supposed to seize the opportunity of study and try their utmost to receive higher education. For society, it can create a “it’s never too old to learn” atmosphere to encourage people to further study.
