前者是长期以来的习惯，“不喜欢做某事”；后者只是特定的一次，不固定的“不喜欢做某事”；

情景对话：
A: Why don't you go to beach with us? 你怎么不跟我们一起去海滩？
B: I hate being exposed under strong sunshine. 我不喜欢在烈日下暴晒。
2. out of stupidity “由于愚蠢，出于愚蠢”；
out of...可表示“出于某种原因，某种动机”；如：out of fear “由于害怕，出于害怕”；out of spite“出于怨恨”；
He killed himself out of shame.
他由于羞愧而自杀。
情景对话：
A: Why doesn't she speak with you? 她为什么不跟你说话？
B: I think maybe it's out of jealousy, you know, I do better than her in this field. 我想可能是嫉妒吧，你知道的，在这方面我比她做得好。

4. come up with 想出，提出；
He couldn't come up with the answer.
他想不出答案。

情景对话：
