license：这里只的是驾驶执照，听一个在美国的朋友说，在美国考驾驶执照很容易，给你辆车，自己开，开一段路，然后拐个弯靠边停下后就PASS了，不象我们国内要培训2个月，再参加各种考核，例如测方移位，大、小路的考试。在美国买车也很便宜，牌照更便宜，听说200美金就可以买到，哪象我们国内，牌照还要竟拍的，而且还限量发放。上海的私车牌照的竟拍都要平均成交价在38000元左右，也太离谱里了。不过在国外汽车保险到是不小的开销，有时甚至比买辆二手车还贵。不过万一发生什么交通事故，磕磕碰碰的都不用自己掏钱，全有保险公司承担，呵呵，也不错。
