The average review time for invention patents in China has been reduced to 15.5 months, according to the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA). The CNIPA also noted that the average review time for trademark registrations remains stable at four months.
据国家知识产权局消息，我国发明专利平均审查周期已缩短至15.5个月，商标注册平均审查周期稳定在4个月。
China needs to coordinate IPR protection, anti-monopoly, and fair competition reviews to promote the orderly flow and efficient allocation of innovation resources.
要统筹做好知识产权保护、反垄断、公平竞争审查等工作，促进创新要素自主有序流动、高效配置。
