韧性城市
China has issued a guideline for promoting the construction of new-type urban infrastructure for the development of resilient cities. The guideline, made public on December 5, 2024, was jointly approved by the General Office of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council.

It is essential to adhere to a people-centered approach and make plans scientifically with a long-term view, and closely integrate the recovery and reconstruction with the promotion of high-quality development, the advancement of resilient urban construction, the promotion of rural revitalization, and the advancement of ecological environment. Targeted measures should be taken to comprehensively advance disaster prevention, reduction, and relief capabilities.
要坚持以人民为中心，着眼长远、科学规划，把恢复重建与推动高质量发展、推进韧性城市建设、推进乡村振兴、推进生态文明建设等紧密结合起来，有针对性地采取措施，全面提升防灾减灾救灾能力。
Guided by the principle that cities should be built by the people and for the people, we will improve urban planning, construction, and governance and move faster to change the development models of super-large and mega cities. We will carry out urban renewal projects and improve urban infrastructure to build livable, resilient, and smart cities.
坚持人民城市人民建、人民城市为人民，提高城市规划、建设、治理水平，加快转变超大特大城市发展方式，实施城市更新行动，加强城市基础设施建设，打造宜居、韧性、智慧城市。
