2024年11月13日，习近平主席特别代表、中共中央政治局常委、国务院副总理丁薛祥在阿塞拜疆首都巴库出席由中方主办的“国际零碳岛屿合作倡议”发布会并致辞。
In tackling climate change and transitioning toward green and low-carbon development, the principle of common but differentiated responsibilities must be upheld. It is also important to provide funding, technology and capacity-building support for developing countries and promote cooperation on green finance.
应对气候变化挑战、向绿色低碳发展转型，必须本着共同但有区别的责任原则，在资金、技术、能力建设等方面为发展中国家提供支持，积极开展绿色金融合作。
