Pan also shared that his record-breaking achievements stemmed from monotonous drill day after day: eating, training, taking therapeutic massage, resting, and swimming 15 km per day, with no variation. "I never thought of giving up, because the belief of bring glory to our nation is eternally engraved in my heart."
谈起“破纪录”的背后，潘展乐说有点枯燥，每天的训练都是吃饭、训练、治疗按摩、休息，每天15000米雷打不动。“但我从没想过放弃，因为祖国至上、为国争光的信念，早就跟国旗一起，印在了我的胸前、刻在了我的心上。”
Tennis player Zheng Qinwen, diver Chang Yani and canoe player Sun Mengya, all gold medalists, returned to the Huazhong University of Science and Technology in Wuhan, Hubei province, their alma mater, on Friday. Three champions of Paris Olympic Games shared their stories of success with students, encouraging them to "dream big".
网球选手郑钦文、跳水选手张亚妮和皮划艇选手孙梦娅都是金牌得主，他们于周五回到了位于湖北省武汉的华中科技大学，也就是他们的母校。三位巴黎奥运会冠军与同学们分享了他们的成功故事，鼓励青年学子敢于追逐梦想。
"I also want to say to young friends on this occasion, dare to dream and dream big. Only by dreaming can you have a goal to achieve. But don't forget, along this road, there may be hardships, difficulties, doubts, hesitations, tears and failures, but all failures are for that moment of success," she said.
“我想对青年朋友们说一句，Dream Big（敢于梦想），请勇敢地去做梦。只有先做梦，你才能够有那么一个目标去实现。但是更别忘了，这一路上可能会有艰辛、困难、疑惑、怀疑、泪水和失败，但所有的失败都是为了那么一刻的成功。”

"Although I didn't get the gold medal, this experience has taught me so much. All the encouragement and support from others made me feel that I was not battling alone. I know that my efforts were recognized."
“虽然没有获得金牌，但拼搏的过程同样让我受益匪浅。大家对我的鼓励和支持让我再次深切地感受到，我不是一个人在战斗，身后站着的是一直支持我的祖国和人民。即使没有夺得金牌，但拼过就无悔，我知道我的努力都被看见。”
"I will dedicate myself to training and competition with heightened passion and unwavering determination, showcasing the strength and style of Chinese athletes to the world. Apart from training, I will actively engaged in diverse public welfare initiatives to inspire a broader audience to appreciate and embrace the sport of weightlifting."
