军人抚恤优待条例
China's State Council and the Central Military Commission have jointly issued a set of newly revised regulations on subsidies and benefits for military service members, which will take effect on Oct. 1.
国务院、中央军委日前公布新修订的《军人抚恤优待条例》（以下简称《条例》），自2024年10月1日起施行。
We will better motivate service personnel and their family members through military honors and do more to protect their rights and interests. Better services and support will be provided to ex-service personnel. We will consolidate and boost unity between the military and the government and between the military and the people.
加强军人军属荣誉激励和权益保障，做好退役军人服务保障工作。巩固发展军政军民团结。
