It was stated at the third plenary session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China that a high-standard socialist market economy will provide an important guarantee for Chinese modernization. We must better leverage the role of the market, foster a fairer and more dynamic market environment, and make resource allocation as efficient and productive as possible.
中国共产党第二十届中央委员会第三次全体会议提出，高水平社会主义市场经济体制是中国式现代化的重要保障。必须更好发挥市场机制作用，创造更加公平、更有活力的市场环境，实现资源配置效率最优化和效益最大化。
We should plan major moves to further comprehensively deepen reform to inject strong impetus into promoting high-quality development and Chinese modernization. It is necessary to accelerate the improvement of underlying institutions in areas such as property rights protection, market access, fair competition and social credit to build a high-standard socialist market economy system.
要谋划进一步全面深化改革重大举措，为推动高质量发展、推进中国式现代化持续注入强劲动力。围绕构建高水平社会主义市场经济体制，加快完善产权保护、市场准入、公平竞争、社会信用等市场经济基础制度。
