China has unveiled a slew of measures to strengthen the cultivation and management of young sci-tech talents.The document, released by the general offices of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and the State Council, urged efforts to support and guide young talents to serve high-quality development, encouraging them to carry out original innovation, achieve breakthroughs, and translate research outcomes into practical applications.
中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅近日印发了《关于进一步加强青年科技人才培养和使用的若干措施》（以下简称《若干措施》）。《若干措施》提出，要引导支持青年科技人才服务高质量发展。鼓励青年科技人才开展原始创新、技术攻关、成果转化。
We will speed up efforts to build a contingent of personnel with expertise of strategic importance and cultivate greater numbers of master scholars, science strategists, first-class scientists and innovation teams, young scientists, outstanding engineers, master craftsmen, and highly-skilled workers.
加快建设国家战略人才力量，努力培养造就更多大师、战略科学家、一流科技领军人才和创新团队、青年科技人才、卓越工程师、大国工匠、高技能人才。
