At some point during Stephen Curry's career he literally did a 180. Early on, he would get so badly injured that at one point the Warriors (and most of the league really) considered him a risk. It got so bad that people were calling him the next Grant Hill and when the Warriors signed him to an extension, most "experts" were shaking their heads.

Then he scored 54 at the Garden. Became an All-Star. Suddenly had the most 3's in the NBA. It was quiet at first, but slowly began to rise.On and on this guy, who nobody really saw coming, started scoring in bunches and making other teams look like fools, all from behind the 3 point line no less.

He was part of the Splash Bros, he was big on God, he had family ties to the NBA and a brother who was on the come up. He was a marketing and media dream for the NBA and the news outlets. He was a well spoken man with a beautiful family that featured a hilarious daughter and no tattoos.

Despite being 6′3 he was considered small (for whatever reason). The underdog, if you will. And somewhere along those lines was when people began to think that Steph Curry wasn't just the best in the NBA but the best player in the world.

And make no mistake, I love Curry and his game. But Steph has never been the second best player in the league let alone the first and some can argue he's never been in the top 3 (I wouldn't go that far). Steph isn't even the best player on his team right now. But he is the best shooter ever. No question. No debate.

LeBron James is the most complete player we've seen since Jordan and he may have Jordan beat in some areas. Now I hate position arguments. LeBron and Steph are two completely different types of players.

Just like back in the day how Steve Nash, who also won two MVP's, was a completely different player than the guy who should have won them, Kobe Bryant (or Shaq in 05). But since this is a direct question. LeBron James is not just better than Curry, he's much better.

From an analytical sense to the eye test you'd be hard pressed to find anything that could prove that Curry is better overall. But it's easy to think he is, especially for casual fans because the media loves him, thus he's heavily promoted. Again very similar to how they loved Nash and hated Kobe (at that time) when Nash won MVP.
从分析的角度看，你很难找到任何能证明库里总体上更好的地方，但特别容易想起他，特别是对于普通球迷，因为媒体的偏爱，宣传力度大。就像当年他们喜爱纳什而憎恨科比，结果纳什当选了本该属于科比的MVP。
But when you break it down, outside of shooting itself, Curry is literally only better at steals. LeBron beats him in every other category including passing. LeBron even averages more points despite Curry being the better shooter.

If Curry has a bad shooting night, generally that's it for him. LeBron could score 10 points and still lead his team to victory. As a basketball fan I appreciate and am a fan of both. But facts are facts. In a direct head to head (that part is important since it's the question) LeBron is better.
假如某个夜晚库里手感糟糕，通常是这样，詹姆斯可以只得10分而仍然带走比赛，作为一个球迷，我很感激，我是双方的球迷，但事实就是事实，如果是一对一正面比较（这点很重要，因为这才是问题所在），詹姆斯更厉害。
