Video of a Chinese man drinking 50 raw eggs within minutes on a 2,000 yuan ($250) bet went viral.
日前，一名中国男子为打赌赢2000元（合250美元），在短短几分钟内喝下50个生鸡蛋的视频在网上走红。
The middle-aged man guzzled down the eggs cracked into a metal basin in front of a group egging him on at what appears to be a grocery store.
在一家小卖部，在一群人的怂恿下，这名中年男子把鸡蛋打在盆子里，然后把这些鸡蛋喝了下去。
One of the men holds up a wad of cash in front of him and yells "finish 50 eggs you got 2,000 yuan," the 60-second clip uploaded showed.

Besides a high dose of protein, it was not reported if the man actually received the cash.

The Internet made the usual cracks. "His burps will smell like chicken crap," read one popular comment by Sina Weibo user "yincai."
