Multiple sclerosis (MS) is an autoimmune condition affecting the transfer of nerve signals in the brain and spinal cord, causing a wide range of symptoms, from problems with muscle movement and balance to loss of vision (usually only in one eye) and serve tiredness.
多发性硬化症是一种自动免疫状况，影响神经信号在大脑和脊髓的传输，导致了许多不同的症状，从肌肉移动和平衡问题到视力的损失（通常只有一只眼睛）和神经疲劳。
Diagnosing MS is complicated and may require referral to a neurologist. There is currently no cure but treatments including medication and physiotherapy may help.
治疗多发性硬化症是复杂的，可能需要参考神经医生的建议。目前无法治愈，但是治疗包括药物，理疗可能起作用。
