4. Lie on the bed and lift your leg at the angle of 45 degree, then bent your knees slowly and then return to the original position. Repeat this move for 100 times. The other one is still a lying position. Then pretend you are riding a bike for 4 or 5 minutes. Take your time and if you can not do this you can help the exercises first.
