People will wait to see if a leader is courageous before they're willing to follow his or her lead. People needcourage in their leaders. They need someone who can make difficult decisionsand watch over the good of the group. They need a leader who will stay thecourse when things get tough.

当人们发现领导者有勇气时，才会愿意服从领导。人们需要有勇气的领导者，需要能果断做出决定、照看全队的领导者，需要能在遇到困难时引领航向的领导者。

Passion

热情

Great leaders are passionate about whatthey do, and they strive to share that passion with everyone around them.

优秀的领导者对自己所做的事充满热情，而且会努力把这份热情传递给身边的每一个人。
