You spend too much time with people who don't contribute to your growth

你在那些对你的成长没有帮助的人身上花了太多时间

It's easy to get stuck hanging out with people who are not making you feel like a better person.

不要和无法给你带来正能量的人混在一起，这样就很容易把自己困住。

But if you keep doing that, then you will stay stagnant or get pulled down with them. I like to call them "Energy Vampires".

如果你想要继续这样下去的话，你就会和他们一样处于停滞不前的状态或被他们拖下水，我喜欢称之为“能量吸血鬼”，他们会破坏你的生活状态，无法给你以积极性的回报。

They suck the life out of you and give you nothing positive in return. Instead, go find growth-oriented people to be around.

要和你周围对你的成长方向起引导作用的人来往。
