Interviewers tend to have some overlap in the questions they ask, and there are some common questions that you should alwaysbe prepared for, like: Why are you thinking about leaving your current job (or why did you leave your last job)?

面试官趋向于重复问一些问题，有一些是普遍的问题，你应该总是在准备的，像：你为什么要考虑离开现在的工作岗位（或者你为什么离开上一份工作）？

What interests you about this opening? What areyour strengths and weaknesses? What experience do you have doing each of the major responsibilities of the job?

你对这份工作感兴趣的是什么？你的优缺点分别是什么？每份工作的主要职责你都有些什么经验？

If you practice your answers to these questions until your answers flow smoothly off your tongue, you’ll generally do better in interviewers than candidates who don't prepare like this.

如果你针对这些问题做了些练习，当回答的时候你会回答的很流利，你会在面试官面前答的比那些没有这样练习的候选人好。
