Iran, 6 world powers resume talks in Vienna
伊朗与六国在维也纳举行核会谈
Iran and six world powers have started a new round of nuclear talks in Vienna, hoping to bridge differences that could lead to a draft of a final agreement. This comes three months ahead of an informal July deadline.
Michael Mann, the spokesperson of EU foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton, says the atmosphere of the meeting has been good.
Both US and Iranian officials hope to start drafting an agreement in May.
The talks are attempting to define the scale of Iran’s nuclear program to ensure its peaceful nature while respecting Tehran’s right to develop its nuclear sector.
