Kevin Durant gives $1M to storm victims
Oklahoma City Thunder superstar, Kevin Durant, donated $1M to help Oklahoma tornado victims.

Kevein Durant is originally from Washington D.c., but now he calls Oklahoma City home. And when Durant saw the destruction in Moore, Oklahoma, he was eager to help his new hometown.
--You know, I call the Oklahoma City my home now. It's tough to go through, but we will see it comes together,you know, we'll bounce back from this. You know, it's tough, it's tough right now, but the sun gonna shine sooner so, you know, we gonna stick together.
The America Red Cross said the one million given from Duran's Foundation is meant to match other donations and be an incentive for more peole to give. Durant's team the founder, also announced one-million-dollar donation as did the NBA and Player's Union.
