49 A boy or a girl?
49 男孩还是女孩？
Nowadays，a lot of young generations are wearing the same kinds of clothes,and many of them have long hair, so it is very difficult to tell whether they are boys or girls.
现如今很多年轻人都穿同样的衣服，他们中也有很多人留长发，这样就很难认出他们是男孩还是女孩。
A freezing winter morning, an old man went for a walk in a park, and when he was tired he sat down on a bench. And another person was also sitting there.
一个寒冷的冬天早晨，有个老人在公园散步，他有点累了，就坐在长凳上休息。长凳上还坐了一个人。
"My goodness!" the old man said to the person who was sitting next to him,"Do you see that young fellow beside the beehive with loose pants and long hair? Is it a boy or a girl?"
“天啊！”老人对坐在他旁边的人说，“你看到那边那个站在蜂箱旁边穿着宽松裤留长发的人了吗？是男孩还是女孩？”
"A girl," said the neighbor, "She is my daughter."
“是女孩，”旁边的人说，“她是我女儿。”
"Oh," the old man said quickly, "Please forgive me. I didn't know that you were her mother."
“哦，”老人马上说，“请原谅，我不知道您是她妈妈。”
"I'm not," said the other person, "I'm her father."
“我不是，”旁边的人说，“我是她爸爸。”
