小红：当然被抓了。警方称，一名女性在某小区门口遭到外国人性骚扰的举报被公开后，逮捕了一名25岁名叫卢卡斯的坦桑尼亚籍男子。

Xiaohua：Did he get punished?

小华：他被惩罚了吗？

Xiaohong：According to China’s Public Security Administration Punishment Law, Lucas will be detained for seven days and required to leave China within a certain time limit for molesting other people.

小红：根据《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》，Lucas因猥亵他人将被拘留7天，并被要求在一定期限内离开中国。
