The United States of America is also

known as the USA，the US，or America.

美国有以下几种称呼。

The capital is Washington, D.C.首都是

华盛顿特区。

The country is in North America.国家是

在北美。

Its neighbors are Canada and Mexico.

它的邻居是加拿大和墨西哥。

There are mountains in the west of the

country，a broad plain in the central

area，and low mountains in the east.山

It is the third largest country in the

It would take you five to six days to

drive a car from the east coast to the

There are 50 states， and they are

Many different kinds of people live in

Native Americans\were the first people

Other people then moved here from

When people came to this country, they

brought their cultures， languages， and
