8. Are pets allowed? （公寓里）可以养宠物吗？
We only allow a medium or small dog or a cat. 我们只允许你养中小型狗或猫。
No pets are allowed. 不允许养任何宠物。
There will be a $2000 penalty if you privately keep a pet. 如果你私养宠物被发现的话，则会面临2000美金的罚金。
Tip：在美国遛狗时，狗是一定要把被拴好的。
9.What are some of the security measures? 你们会提供什么样的安保措施？

Parking on our private parking lots is permit only. We’ll issue each unit one permit. 只有有停车许可证的人才可以在我们的私有停车场上停车；我们会为每一个单元的住户，发放一个停车许可证。
11. Are utilities all included? 房租里包含水电气等公用事业（的使用费用）吗？
常见的utility公用事业英文表达方式如下: water水；electricity电；gas燃气；heat暖气； internet网络；cable TV有线电视
Water, gas and electricity are included房租内已包含水、燃气和电的使用费用。
Rent doesn’t include electricity 房租不包电费。
12.How many days could I have an extra guest? 额外的客人可以在我的住所呆多久？
Any guest is not allowed to stay over a week. 任何的客人都不可停留超过一周。
13.What happens when there’s a maintenance problem in the apartment? 如果公寓内出现维修问题的话，你们会如何处理？
Just give us a call, our maintenance staff will be there in half an hour. 给我们打个电话就行，我们的维修员工半个小时内就能赶到。
14.Is it close to public transportation? 公寓离公共交通近吗？
It’s two blocks away from the subway. 公寓离地铁有两街区远。
There’s a bus station within walking distance. 这附近在步行距离内有个公交车站。
There’s a long walk to the train station.（从公寓）走到火车站要很远。
15.Can I have a tour? 我可以参观一下（公寓）吗？
