Catherine: Hey, Sylvia. Where are you going?
凯瑟琳：嗨，西尔维娅。你去哪里？
Sylvia: Hello, I'm going to the Gym to have a good swim after a long and tiring day.
西尔维娅：你好，我正要去体育馆，在漫长而疲惫的一天后好好游个泳。
Catherine: You like to swim? It's freezing today.
凯瑟琳：你喜欢游泳？今天可真冷。
Sylvia: Yes, but the water will be warm, and I feel warmer after doing a little bit exercises.
西尔维娅：是啊，但水是温的，而且锻炼之后就觉得更暖和了。
Catherine: Does it help? Then I suppose I should go too. And maybe it will also help me to lose weight.
凯瑟琳：会有用吗？那我也应该去。没准还能帮助我减肥呢。
Sylvia: Do you know how to swim?
西尔维娅：你会游泳吗？
Catherine: I could do breaststroke. I learned that when I was a kid. But I haven't swum for ages.
凯瑟琳：我会蛙泳，很小的时候学的，很多年没游过了。
Sylvia: That's good. Maybe I could teach you backstroke, if you like.
西尔维娅：不错啊。如果你愿意的话，我还可以教你仰泳。
Catherine: That would be great! I will get my swim gear and phone you another day.
凯瑟琳：太好了！改天我准备好游泳装备再打电话给你。
