Customer: Excuse me, sir. But I have to say that the ray wings with lemon juice is not properly cooked.
顾客：先生，打扰了。不过我得说说了，柠檬汁鳐鱼翅没煮好呀。
Waiter: Oh, what's wrong with it?
服务生：哦，有什么问题吗？
Customer: Look, the fish bones and the cartilage are not removed before serving. How should I eat it?
顾客：你看，鱼骨头和软骨在送餐前都没有去掉。我怎么吃呀？
Waiter: Sir, the restaurant can't remove all the bones as you would expect for a homemade dish, as we have hundreds of customers to serve. This is not a big trouble. I hope you could understand.
服务生：先生，饭店里做的菜不可能像您在家里准备的那样，把所有骨头都去掉的，因为我们有好几百位顾客需要服务，这也不是什么大问题，我希望您可以理解。
Customer: What you said is an excuse at all. Please serve us with a newly-cooked one.
顾客：你所说的筒直就是借口。请给我重新上一份新的来。
Waiter: I'm sorry, sir. I'm afraid we can't do this for you.
服务生：对不起，先生。恐怕我们不能这么做。
Customer: Now, ask the manager to explain it to me, or I'll sue you.
顾客：那么，让你们的经理过来给我解释，要不然我就要起诉你们。
