Sandy: Not exactly. In the US, any hearty casserole with beans in it is called cassoulet. But my favorite one is salmon cassoulet. An innovation, isn't it?

Jacque: Sounds interesting. But today, you'll taste the typical type of French. We normally make it with white beans, preserved duck or goose, meat, and sausage. Have a try. I'm sure you'll love it.
