员工A:李先生,盐水鸭是南京的特色美食,我们希望您能喜欢。
Lee: Thank you very much. I want to taste it since my first step in Nanjing. I also heard that it is called "tribute duck" in Qing Dynasty.
李:非常感谢你们。自从我踏上南京这片土地起,我就想吃盐水鸭了。我也听说这在清朝被称为"贡鸭"。
Staff B: Yes. It was served to the emperor in ancient China.
员工B:是的,在古代,盐水鸭是献给皇帝的。
Staff A: And Nanjing is the ancient capital of six dynasties. It is famous for its duck meals all over the world.

Staff A: Ha, they are the same. Nanjing salted duck tastes best around Mid-autumn Day when osmanthus is in full blossom. Osmanthus gives the duck a special flavor. That's the reason why it is called osmanthus duck as well.
员工A:哈哈,它们指的是一个东西。差不多到中秋节的时候,桂花怒放,把桂花放在鸭子中,有一种特别的味道,此时的盐水鸭是最好吃的。这就是为什么盐水鸭也叫桂花鸭的原因啦。
