Tom: Hello, can you speak English? I can't speak Korean.

Sales: Yes, can I help you?

Tom: I need a toothbrush. I don't feel like using toothbrush provided by the hotel.

Sales: We have many different products that can help clean your teeth. We have traditional toothbrushes with soft, medium and hard brushes. We also have power toothbrush, which is more hi-tech and saves our time and energy. If you don't want to use toothbrush, I recommend mouthwash, which is more convenient.

Tom: Wow, so many. But I just need the most traditional toothbrush. I need the softest one, for my teeth are sensitive. I cannot read Korean, so can you show me where they are?

Sales: Well, these toothbrushes are arranged from the hardest to the softest from the left to the right side of this rack. You can get what you need at the right side.

Tom: Thanks a lot.
