Jane: Do you use Internet banking?

Bob Sure. I use Internet banking a lot. I usually make transfers through online banking.

Jane: I've never tried it. Tell me something about it.

Bob: Sure. Internet banking is also called online banking. It's a form of electronic banking. And it's a service provided by banks that allows people to find out information
about their bank account, pay bills etc using the Internet.

Jane: Can I use Internet banking to make deposits or withdrawals?

Bob: No. Internet banking provides services including enquiry, transfer, payment and settlement.
