alright=all right 是非正式用法，意思是：好，是，对，一切正常。用来表示满意或赞
同。
如： Do you feel alright? 你感觉还好吗？
Is it alright with you? 这对你方便吗？
Just a moment 是口语表达。意思是：稍候片刻。同just a second.

Notes:
arrange for 是习惯用语，意思是：安排，准备
I'm afraid not 较为客气的口语表达方式.用来委婉的否定。纠正和驳斥对方。
如：
Can you finish the work tomorrow?你明天能完成这项工作吗？
I'm afraid not.(我想）恐怕不能。
not ...until ... 是连用结构。意思是‘到...时， 才.....’
