《国风·唐风·绸缪》为先秦时代晋地汉族民歌，出自中国文学史上第一部诗歌总集《诗经》。全诗三章，每章六句。这首诗看法古今比较一致，大多承认所写内容是关于婚姻的。因诗中用了戏谑的口吻，曾疑为贺新婚时闹新房唱的歌，今按此解说。每章头两句是起兴， 诗人借洞房花烛夜的欢愉之情，表达出了男女之间非常温馨、甜蜜的情爱。

Wedding Night

Tall straws, bound tightly.
The Three Stars appear in the eastern sky.
What night is this night?
My love, my love,
At last we are alone!
How shall we celebrate?
The Three Stars have moved to the southern sky.
How shall we spend the rest of this night?
Thorn-wood, bound tightly.
The Three Stars have moved to the window’s ledge.
