Deep as a well the night:
夜深似井
Not even the length of my rope
尽我的绳长探下去
Reaches a rippling sound.
怎么还不到水声？
Up the mossy wall
蠢蠢的星子群
How the wormy stars crawl!
沿着苔壁爬上来 好慢啊
Yet never so much as halfway up
只怕还不到半路
Before the mouth of the well cries
井口就一声叫
"The day breaks!"
天亮了
