I'd like to talk about the basketball match I watched in our school basketball court.
It was a memorable experience 'cause I saw my childhood idol, XXX, who's a famed and accomplished basketball player.
I've been a big fan since I was a little boy, and I'd always wanted to watch his game on the court and see for myself how awesome he is, but I'd never got the chance, for one thing, the tickets are super expensive, for another thing, it's hard to get one even if you don't think the price is a problem, 'cause they would be sold out immediately.
However, fortunately, a couple of weeks ago, he had a friendly match with our local team and they happened to have the match in our school and anyone is welcome to the game, what a coincidence huh? Actually it's not that surprising, 'cause our gym is quite popular, and it also serves as the training place for our local team.
Anyway, I was so thrilled about the news, and I was super elated to meet my idol in person. He's incredibly tall, even taller than I saw on TV, but he's so skillful and agile, I mean, it's quite amazing 'cause if I were that tall, I would be pretty clumsy.
After the match, we had the chance to take pictures with him and get his autograph. It was really a childhood dream come true for me.
