2. If more than one person execute this Agreement as Client, all such persons agree to be jointly and
severally liable for the obligations and liability under this Agreement.
如本协定由多于一位元人士的客户所签署，该等人士同意会共同地及分开地承担本协议下所须履行的义务及责任。
3. I/We jointly and
severally accept full responsibility for any overdraft (or increase in existing overdraft) on my/our account which may arise as a result of any such transfer(s).
如因该等转账而令本人∕吾等之账户出现透支﹙或令现时之透支增加﹚，本人∕吾等愿共同及各别承担全部责任。
