donee is obliged to return the goods.
依本章规定行使撤销权的，受赠人负返还动产的义务。

donee ar well as the relatives enjoy the right of knowing about organ transplant in the process.
在进行器官移植的过程中，器官移植的供体、受体及其家属享有知情权。
3. (c)the transfer or obligation to transfer is made subject to the resolutive condition of the
donee predeceasing the donor.
所有权的转移或转移所有权的义务以受赠人先于赠与人死亡为解除条件的。
