I have arranged with him to meet at the restaurant.

我和他约好在饭馆见面。

　　动词arrange，安排，准备。可以作及物动词用（to plan or prepare for），计划一次野餐，arrange a picnic；也可以作不及物动词用（to make preparations; plan)，筹办一场盛大的婚礼，arrange for a big wedding。
　　再如:They arranged to meet at 7 o'clock. 他们约好7点钟见。
