Fair Trade Economy

A boy went to buy a 95-cent loaf of bread.
He noticed while the clerk was putting the bread
into the bag that the loaf was not very big.
So the boy asked, “Isn’t this a small loaf of
bread for 95 cents?” The clerk said, “Yes,
but you have less to carry!” So the boy put two
quarters on the counter. “You’re 45 cents
short,” said the clerk. “That’s right,” the
boy said. “You have less to count!”

有个男孩去买一条95分钱的土司。当店员把面包装进
袋子的时候,那个男孩留意到那条土司缩水了,
便问店员:「这条95分钱的土司是不是小了点?」
店员说:「是,这样子你就可以不用拿得那么重!」
男孩听了,就只放了50分钱在柜台上。店员说:
「你还差45分钱。」男孩回答:「没错,
这样子你就可以少数一点啊!」
