A Mark

A couple of country boys rented a boat and went fishing.
In a remote part of the lake they found a spot where

the fish were really biting.
“We’d better mark this spot so we can come back tomorrow,”

one of them said.
“Ok, I’ll do it,” the second one said.
When they got back to the dock, the first one asked,

“Did you mark that spot?”
“Sure,” said the second, “I put a chalk mark on the side of the boat.”
“You nitwit,” said the first. “How do you know we’ll

get the same boat tomorrow?”

有几个乡下男孩租了一条船去钓鱼。在湖里一处僻静的地方

他们发现那儿的鱼真好上钩。
“我们最好把这个地方做上记号，这样我们明天还来这里。”其中一个说。
“好的，我来做。”第二个男孩说。
当他们回到码头时，第一个问：“你把那个地方做记号了吗？”
“当然。”第二个说：“我用粉笔在船的边上划了记号了。”
“你这个笨蛋。”第一个说：“你怎么知道我们明天还是用同一条船呢？”
