I will give some examples.

Firstly, some people often throw rubbish in the places where the cleaners seldom reach.

This will make our community looks dirty and even cause pollution.

17. We should get together to collect the rubbish twice a year.

Secondly, in our community, some of the elder people are too old to go outside.
