题型特点：
1、应该为三点提纲，但是有时以两点提纲出现，所涉及主题为当时社会热点;
2、如果是两点提纲，则补充成三点提纲写作。
3、通常模式为：现象概述--细节(原因、危害、方式等)--自我评论
写作套路：
1.首段首段提出讨论问题;
2. 2段原因分析或提出建议;
3. 末段解决问题或展望发表评论。
