Japanese health authorities say around 500 passengers are set to leave the Diamond Princess cruise ship in case they test negative. Authorities there have reported 88 new cases on the ship, bringing the total number to 542. The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region says it will send two chartered flights to Tokyo on Wednesday to bring back 352 of its residents aboard. The quarantine ship South Korea, Israel, Australia, the United Kingdom and Canada are making similar plans. And this all comes after the United States evacuated its citizens from the ship.
