A strong message from Homeland Security Secretary John Kelly about President Trump’s immigration crackdown:
(Kelly) “There will be no, repeat, no mass deportations. Everything we do in DHS will be done legally and according to human rights.”
Kelly and Secretary of State Rex Tillerson are in Mexico for meetings on immigration and trade.
Kelly also pledged that there would be no use of military force to enforce the immigration orders. Earlier, President Trump referred to the crackdown as a “military operation” focused on “really bad dudes.”
