Kyrgyzstan's Ambassador to Iran, Medkan Shrim Kolev, has ruled out the possibility of sabotage in Sunday's Kyrgyz Itek Air plane crash that has killed 65 people.
"Since it was not a terrorist action, no organisation is supposed to accept the responsibility for the crash. A technical problem occurred and a special commission will investigate and find the cause of the accident."
Kolev said technicians of both Iran's Aseman Airlines and Kyrgyzstan's Itek Air are responsible for the accident.
The plane was bound for the Iranian capital of Tehran and crashed shortly after takeoff from Kyrgyzstan's capital Bishkek, and burst into flames on a field close to the airport on Sunday.
Twenty-five people survived the accident.
Emergency officials have already retrieved two black box flight recorders and investigators were trying to determine the cause of the crash.
