Before the cosmetic surgery, Saharat had a fuller round face, larger lips, heavy eyebrows, slightly larger nose and a high top hairstyle.

He also had severe face acne and darker lips.
他的脸上还有严重的痤疮，唇色较深。
After his surgery, Saharat's eyebrows, nose and lips are smaller. Now, his lips are lighter. His face looks more handsome.
手术后，萨哈拉特的眉毛、鼻子和嘴唇都变小了。并且他的唇色也变淡了，脸看起来更帅了。
Additionally, he lost several pounds so overall his features are more refined.
