Then, he was brought to Chief Wahunsenacawh, who ordered his execution.

Apparently, he accepted his fate with dignity, but just as his head was about to be smashed on a rock, a beautiful girl named Pocahontas comes to his rescue, begging her father for mercy.

But most historians agree that this sounds completely ridiculous, for so many reasons.
