Today I'm going to give you three reminders that will help you to get back on track working towards your goals and get there faster.
我今天要给大家3个小提示，帮助大家进入正轨，快速达成目标。
Get outside your comfort zone.
走出舒适区。
You've heard of this expression before, right?
你之前有听说过这个表达吧？
Your comfort zone is this safe, warm, familiar, comfortable place where you know exactly what's going on.
舒适区指的是安全、温暖、熟悉、舒适的地方，你完全知道在这里会发生什么事。
You know where everything is, you know what you need to do, you never have to worry about anything.
你知道一切事物的位置，你知道自己需要做什么，你什么也无需担心。
That space is comfy but it makes you lazy.
舒适区很闲适，但会让你懒惰。
It's not where big change happens.
舒适区里不会发生大的改变。
It's where things happen slowly, right?
这里一切事情都发生的很缓慢。
Which is fine as long as you're not in a rush.
如果你不急的话，那确实没问题。
But becoming a confident English speaker isn't just something that happens to you while you're sitting around on your butt, right?
但你想自信地说英语，这并不是简简单单、懒懒散散就能做到的事情。
You have to look for opportunities to challenge yourself, to push yourself further outside of your comfort zone.
你要寻觅机会挑战自我，让自己跳出舒适区。
My rule of thumb is if it's hard, if you feel a little uncomfortable or a little awkward, do it - a hundred percent, do it.
我的黄金准则就是，如是事情很困难，如果你觉得有点不舒服和尴尬，那也要做，一定要做。
These situations are what's going to get you to the next level faster.
这些情况能够让你更快地上一层台阶。

Now I'm not telling you right now that everything you do in life has to be outside of your comfort zone.

That would be horrific!

That would be so stressful!
也很有压力！
But deliberately create opportunities to step outside of your comfort zone, that is where the magic happens but you need to create those opportunities.
但要有意识地为自己创造机会跳出舒适区，一定会有奇迹发生，但你需要做到创造机会。
