- And again, it's easier said than done. But over time, we can train

- I hardly had any time to go over the lecture notes that I do twice in the morning before the lecture.

- And I got upset. And I became stressed. Then I said, "OK. Let's take the three Ps and apply them."

- First P, permission. Acceptance. I said to myself, "OK. So you are stressed.

- So you are upset. It's OK to be upset. It's OK to be stressed.

- Even if you do teach positive psychology. It's all right."
- 即使你是教积极心理学的 也没关系”
- The second thing that I said-respect for reality.
- 我说的第二件事就是尊重现实
- This is the beginning of the semester. A lot of things are happening.

- We had just arrived from Israel a couple of weeks earlier.
- 我们几个星期前刚从以色列回来
- A little bit of jet lag. The kids. Respect for reality. It is what it is.
