My name is Young Yoo.
我叫柳英。
I’m 15 years old and I’m a figure skater who represents South Korea.
今年15岁，是花样滑冰韩国代表队的一名成员。
I was 6 years old when I started figure skating.
我6岁就开始学花样滑冰了。
The first time I was on the ice, it was really hard to just stand and just skate,
第一次站到冰场上的时候真的很难站起来，滑也滑得很艰难，
so I fell a lot but it was still really fun.
摔了很多跤，但还是觉得挺有意思的。
Young Yoo is a 3-time South Korean national figure skating champion.
柳英拿过三次韩国花样滑冰的全国冠军。
She was just 11 years old when she won the title for the first time, making her the youngest in history.
第一次拿冠军的时候她才11岁，所以，她也是韩国花样滑冰史上最年轻的全国冠军。
She also qualified for the Winter Olympics in 2018.
她还获得了2018年冬奥会的参赛资格。
When I was 14, I qualified for the Olympics,
14岁那年，我获得了参加奥运会的资格，
but I was too young to compete in the Olympics – sadly!
遗憾的是，我年龄太小了，不能参加奥运会！
Young Yoo has a rigorous training schedule, which has her travelling the globe.
柳英的训练日程十分紧凑，还要满世界地训练。
I train in Colorado and Japan and Korea.
我在科罗拉多、日本和韩国训练。
I’m now working on my triple axel.
我最近练的是三周半。
Triple axel is spinning in the air for 3.5 rotations.
三周半就是要在空中旋转3.5圈。
That is the most hard jump in the triples.
这是三周跳中最难的动作。
After that I’m working on my quad salchow with the harness.
接下来是绑着吊杆练习后内结环四周跳。
The quad salchow is turning in the air four rotation, so it’s the most hard jump that I’m doing.
四周跳就是在空中旋转四次，是我目前遇到的难度最大的跳跃动作。
Being a figure skating champion is hard work,
当一名花样滑冰冠军是非常辛苦的，
but Young Yoo is motivated by the support of her family.
但家人的支持给了柳英前行的力量。
Sometimes I’m not as good as usual,
有时我也会发挥失常，
but my mom supports me and gives love,
但我妈妈还是会一如既往地支持我，爱我，
so it helps me, and all my family cheer me up.
所有家人都会给我加油打气，他们的鼓励还是有用的。
It makes me do more hard work.
会激励我更加努力。

In the competition, when the music comes,
