When you first step into the wind tunnel, it's a weird feeling
第一次踏进风洞的时候感觉很奇怪，
because one moment you are on the ground, and the next moment you're up in the air.
因为前一刻你还在地上，后一刻就飞起来了。
I always seek things that give me exhilaration.
我一直都在追寻能带给我兴奋的东西。
It never was scary, and it was more something really, really fun.
我从来都不觉得室内跳伞可怕，对我来说更多的是好玩，特别好玩。

I am Kyra Poh, and I am an indoor skydiver.
我叫傅诗玲，我是一名室内跳伞爱好者。
I have 33 medals, and I also have three Guinness World Records,
我拿过33枚奖牌，还有三项吉尼斯世界纪录，
and in 2017, I was named "The Fastest Flyer."
2017年的时候，我被评为了“最快飞行家”。
Indoor skydiving is a free fall simulator, and it simulates outdoor skydiving,
室内跳伞是一项模拟自由落体的运动，模拟的是室外跳伞的体验，
and it's a sport that I have been doing for close to nine years.
我从事这项运动已经快九年了。
My parents are my biggest supporters.
我最大的后盾就是我的爸爸妈妈。
I chanced upon indoor skydiving because my mom was helping iFly to do advertisements,
我也是偶然接触到的室内跳伞这项运动，当时，我妈妈在帮iFly做广告，
so they needed people to film.
他们需要人出镜。
But once I stepped into the wind tunnel, I knew that it was immediately something that I wanted to do.
但我一走进那个风洞，我就知道那是我想要做的事情。
I always wanted to be an astronaut because it gave me the ability to fly.
因为我一直都想成为一名宇航员，因为当宇航员就能飞呀。
But, after discovering the sport, it became my passion.

For indoor skydiving, there's many different categories.
室内跳伞有很多不同的类别。
I mainly focus on two: solo freestyle and two-way dynamic.
我主攻的方向有两个：单人自由式和双人动态式。
So, for two-way dynamic, you have to make a routine and go as fast as possible and the fastest time will win.
双人动态式的话你得按照章法来飞，而且速度要尽可能快，快才能赢。
And for freestyle, it's more about creativity, like a dance.
自由式的话更多的是发挥创造力，就像跳舞一样。
So they're judged on presentation, execution and technicality.
两种类型的跳伞的评判标准都是表现，执行力和技术性。
Because indoor skydiving is an extreme sport, we need to keep our body in shape and fit.
室内跳伞也是一项极限运动，所以我们需要保持体型还要保持健康。
So, I usually do gym or hot yoga or I even do trampoline park,
所以我经常去健身房，还会做瑜伽，玩蹦床乐园什么的，
because it's something that simulates the indoor tunnel and how we fly.
因为这些活动模拟的也是室内隧道和飞行的概念。
So I wake up at around 6:20 a.m. for school, and finish around 5:30 p.m. or 6:30 p.m.
我早上6:20左右起床上学，下午5:30或6:30左右放学。
And then I will eat my dinner in the car because otherwise I wouldn't have enough time.
放学后我在车上解决晚餐，不然就会来不及。
And I would go to iFly Singapore to start training.
接下来要去iFly新加坡体验中心训练。
So I will start training from around 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.
训练从7点开始到10点结束。
And I would go back home and start doing my homework at 11 p.m.
然后回家，到家11点开始做作业。
And sometimes end at 2 or 3 a.m.
有时做到凌晨2点或3点才能做完。
And then it just continues over and over again.
再日复一日地重复这个节奏。
I'm really close to my sister and we do everything together.
我和我妹妹很亲，我们做什么都会一起。
She also tried this sport and she got into it as well.
她也尝试了这项运动，也喜欢上了这项运动。
She's only 9 years old, but she is an amazing rockstar, and I really enjoy coaching her and seeing her improve.
她现在才9岁，但已经小有成就了，我真心地喜欢指导她，看她一点一点进步。
I was recently awarded the class A spotter, which means that I was an instructor and could now coach the younger children.
最近我还被授予了“一级”协助师的称号，就是说我能够担任教练，可以去教比我小的孩子了。
It's really fun to see the improvement
看到他们进步真的很好玩，
because when I was young, I really enjoyed learning from other people and hope that I can help inspire them too.
因为我小的时候就很喜欢向他人学习，希望我也能给他们鼓舞的力量。
When I first started out, there was not much female flyers because it was a mainly male-dominated sport.
我刚入行那会儿，女飞行员还不多，因为这是一项主要由男性主导的运动。
If I were to give any advice to any young female athletes, I would just say, try your best and bring 100% into what you love to do.
如果要给年轻的女运动员一些建议的话，我只想说，尽你最大的努力，把精力百分百地投入到你喜欢做的事情上去。
