1.delicious 美味的，不要说某东西very delicious。因为delicious是一个非常强烈的形容词，本身就有“非常”，“绝对”的意思。就相当于“very tasty” 所以，换成It tastes really good. 或者It's delicious.就好

同时delicious也不用于否定句和疑问句。we don't say “Is the beef delicious” or “it's not delicious.”

2.something was appetizing.
某食物真香，真是让人胃口大开。

3.for chocolate or cake we can also say it was heavenly.
The cake I made yesterday was heavenly.
我昨天做的那个蛋糕真的是好吃死了。

4.something was fit for a king.
某食物非常美味精致，像是准备给国王的一样。

5.形容食物好吃：mouth-watering, scrumptious, lush, yummy／形容食物难吃：unpleasant, disgusting, awful, horrible, yukky
